Forget Gym Membership - Ride The Firm Wave

Regular Gym attendance is a great idea. There you will find all the equipment you'll ever need, expert advice on weight loss and numerous exercise classes you can take. But for many people this is not a viable option and exercising at home is the only way they are going to exercise at all.

But in practice, it just isn't that easy. Unless the gym is on your doorstep, you have to find time to get there on a regular basis, get changed, work out, shower, and get on your way again " I find that I cant do it in less than 2 hours per visit.

The trainer at the Gym will give you a program that could take you well over 90 minutes to complete. This program will include a warm-up, cardio fat burning, strength training with free weights, a cool-down and finally a post workout stretch. Now all these elements are required in a balanced program but 90 minutes!

If you're like me and can't always find the time to go as often as you'd like you just get stressed knowing you should go more and thinking about the money your wasting.

So what do you do? No way can you stop exercising, because its essential if you want to live long and prosper. And continue to eat nice food and drink good wine " in moderation (of course ?).

What you need is a piece of Home Exercise Equipment. I'm not thinking about a Cross Trainer or Multi Gym here but a small, inexpensive and easily stored piece of equipment you'll actually want to use. The Firm Wave is one such piece of equipment.
