Weddings in Kenya can be conducted in many ways including having it on the beach barefoot, relaxing under the canvas or even have it in the traditional formal black ties and wedding gowns. Because of its mix of formality and wilderness experience, this has becomes Kenya's trademark of a romantic safari lifestyle which makes it easy to arrange a honeymoon or wedding in Kenya.

For those that love to hold a beach wedding at one of the beach resorts, a typical wedding scenario is where the reception of the hotel is radically transformed and turned into a wedding chapel decorated with stunning tropical flowers. The ceremony is then officiated by a priest or marriage registrar after which the guests head to the reception where they get to sample the local sea delicacies. Thereafter, the evening dance follows which then brings to an end the joyful occasion.
